Delete your Send Location account
This page explains how to delete your Send Location account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the Send Location mobile app (package com.sendlocation.app) and sendlocation.com.
Delete your account from the app
- Open the Send Location app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This signs you out, removes the data stored on your device, and submits a request to permanently delete your account.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email info@sendlocation.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify your identity and process the request.
What we delete
- Your account profile (name, email address, phone number)
- Saved shipping/contact addresses
- Wishlist, saved items, and app preferences
What we may keep
We may retain order and transaction records where we are legally required to (for example tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and warranty/returns obligations). These are kept only for as long as the law requires (typically up to 7 years) and are then deleted.
