Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. All shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Send Location is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

Send Location is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be replaced or refunded.
