Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At Send Location, every product is carefully inspected for quality and authenticity before it is shipped. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections and limited inventory, we maintain a strict returns and exchanges policy.
International Orders: Final Sale
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
UAE Orders: Exchanges & Store Credit Only
For orders delivered within the UAE, customers have 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or store credit. Refunds are not offered.
To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

The Send Location authentication tag must remain attached

The item will be inspected upon return before approval

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Orders may be exchanged once only. After an exchange is completed, the order becomes final sale.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the exchange or store credit request will be denied and the item will be sent back to the customer.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Store Credit Request
To initiate an exchange or store credit request, customers must contact us through our Contact Form within 3 days of delivery and provide:

Email address

Order number

The exact item being returned

The reason for the exchange
-
The item and size requested in exchange, or a request for store credit
Requests missing required information may be delayed or denied.
If there is a price difference between items, any additional cost will be charged to the original payment method. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Final Sale Items
Any international orders, worn or used items, items missing the authentication tag, requests made after the 3-day window, or orders that have already been exchanged are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled.
Our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure timely processing and delivery.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Send Location reserves the right to cancel the affected item or order. In this case, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by email.
Shipping & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where Send Location is unable to fulfill an order due to inventory or availability issues. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
